 建築產品指令要求在建築物中使用的所有主要產品強制性施加CE標誌，範圍從基本元件（板等）到有限部件（門、窗等）到防火裝置（消防栓等）。   
      只有在產品上或產品包裝上施加了C E標誌、產品伴隨CE符合性聲明、且製造商能確保銷往市場的產品符合特定的協調標準（歐盟委員會的基本要求在所有歐盟成員國相同）後，產品才可以在歐盟市場上自由流通。
      AoC（符合性證明）認證流程由歐盟委員會根據產品使用的目的國及使用安全規定。
      根據產品，公告體介入的活動包括：驗證生產控制體系的工廠檢查、驗證製造商持續一致性的年審、驗證基本要求的實驗室初始型式試驗。流程，也稱“體系”，由公告體介入的系統有1+，1，2+，3，到體系4就只需製造商做自我聲明。

建築產品CE合格評估和認證體系詳細：

系統 1： 認證機構對產品進行的初步型式測試，檢查並監督工廠生產控制
系統1+： 認證機構對產品的初步型式測試檢查監督工廠生產控制，定期抽檢產品
系統 2： 認證機構對工廠及工廠生產控制進行檢查
系統2+：認證機構對工廠及工廠生產控制進行檢查，並持續性監督評估
系統 3：認證機構對產品進行的初步型式測試，頒發合格證書
系統 4：由製造商進行初步型式測試，自我宣告

Timber structures - Dowel-type fasteners – Requirements

木結構.銷釘狀緊固件.要求

This European Standard specifies the requirements and test methods for materials, geometry, strength,
stiffness and durability ascpects (i.e. corrosion protection) of dowel-type fasteners for use in load bearing
timber structures.
Only dowel-type fasteners manufactured from steel are covered by this European Standard. For the purpose
of this standard, dowel-type fasteners for timber structures are taken to be nails, staples, screws, dowels, and
bolts with nuts. Definitions of these items are given in Clause 3. This European Standard specifies also the
evaluation of conformity procedures and includes requirements for marking of these products.
This European Standard does not cover resin coated dowel-type fasteners and fasterners treated with fire
retardants to improve their fire performance. It also does not cover resin coated fasteners.

本標準規定的要求和試驗方法的材料，幾何尺寸，強度，的剛度和耐久性ascpects的（即耐腐蝕保護），用於在負載支承榫釘型緊固件木結構。

 Mechanical fasteners for gypsum plasterboard systems - Definitions, requirements and test methods

This European Standard specifies the characteristics and performance of mechanical fasteners, including nails,
screws and staples, intended to be used for the fixing of gypsum plasterboard, gypsum boards with fibrous
reinforcement, products from secondary processing and suitable ancillary products as shown in Figure 2, to timber
and metal, as appropriate, in building construction works. The fasteners secure the board to the framing enabling
its surface to be finished by jointing or plastering to receive decoration. They can also be used for the construction
of the framing and for the connection between substructure and load bearing components and for fixing boards
together. Mechanical fasteners contribute to the stability of the assembly.
This European Standard covers the following product performance characteristics: reaction to fire and flexural
strength to be measured according to the corresponding European test methods.
It provides for the evaluation of conformity of the product to this European Standard.
This European Standard also covers the additional technical characteristics that are of importance for the use and
acceptance of the products by the construction industry and the reference tests for these characteristics.
This European Standard does not cover nails, screws and staples intended for use with materials other than
plasterboard and the plasterboard based products referred to above and their associated system components.

CPD建築指令申請流程
1． 成立CE認證小組。企業組織測試工程師、品管工程師以及技術人員成立CE認證小組。

2． 樣品測試準備，貴公司需要準備下列測試的測試儀器。

1） 光譜分析儀（可以進行C、Si、Mn、P、S、Nb 等成分檢測 ）

2)  機械性能測試儀（屈服強度，抗拉強度，延伸率）

3)  V型槽沖實驗儀。

4） 金相儀（如果母材為細粒鋼）

如果貴公司無相應測試設備，則需要找到一家合作的測試單位提供檢驗、分析報告

3．FPC體系建立，通常對於CPD認證，ISO體系並不是必須的基礎。但為了節省認證的時間和費用，通常建議工廠首先完成ISO9000品質體系的認證，並將相應的品質手冊翻譯為英文。然後在此基礎上我方協助貴公司建立FPC（工廠生產控制）體系並完成相對應的資料

4．Initial type testing(初始型式測試)，在產品定型後，生產之前。工廠需要對其進行初始型式測試，以確保其化學及物理特性滿足CE相應標準要求。為保證認證的通過率，常安排此測試與第6項同時進行。

5．工廠初次廠檢，安排歐洲工程師對工廠的FPC體系進行工廠檢驗。審核其現有品質控制系統是否與FPC體系相符合。

6．檔整理，我方協助貴方最終完善初始形式測試報告，FPC檔和相應記錄。

7．呈交報告，將步驟6的檔呈交台灣歐測認證機構審核員。

8.審核報告，簽發證書。認證機構審核 Initial type testing 和 FPC技術檔，在四周內簽發證書。

9.指導粘貼CE標誌。

10．安排年審，SYSTEM  認證模式，需要對分類為SYSTEM 4工廠進行年審免年審。
